Hey guys, I’m Daniela. I am certified health coach, published author, fitness model and wellness ambassador. I promote a holistic approach to living a strong, healthy life by advocating the importance of exercise, nutrition, self-care and sustainable living.
As a health & fitness coach, I provide meal plans, workouts and lifestyle solutions that prioritize your wellness goals with an actionable plan to kick start and revive health journey. Each program is customized, specific to you – your goals, lifestyle, eating and exercise personality. No one program is the same.
As a published author and wellness ambassador, I have written numerous articles for top publications on nutrition, fitness and wellness topics. Additionally, I work with reputable food, health and wellness brands to evaluate product offerings, develop healthy recipes, content creation, food photography and styling.
By connecting my passions for fitness, nutrition and writing, I’m able to authentically connect and actively engage with my clients and audience. I practice what I preach and seek to share my knowledge to transform, empower you on your journey to getting fit.
